Layers, layers, layers! Trust this Canadian about how to keep warm - and most importantly, cover up your ears and extremities. The boots shouldn't be too tight, so get some at least 1/2 size bigger than normal. Then have a nice toddy to warm up! or a "plus sage" hot chocolate :-)
